And the planning process becomes a never ending loop of, Are you available on this day? No, how about this day? It's time consuming and frustrating, to say the least. And the worst part? Details like Zoom links or meeting locations often get overlooked. Plus, not everyone receives reminders unless you manually set them up after finally putting the meeting on the calendar. Scheduling links put an end to all that chaos, making it super efficient to set up meetings. When used properly, they have the power to change the game entirely. Imagine this, someone expresses interest in your services, or a potential client wants to connect. You send them a scheduling link, and boom! They're booked! On your calendar! Not only are they scheduled, but they can also receive important materials in advance, like questionnaires or relevant information, they get reminders leading up to the meeting and even have the flexibility to reschedule if needed. And on the big day, all you have to do is show up. Effortless, right? Now let's address the fear of losing control over your schedule. The first step is deciding when you want to hold meetings. Before engaging with any tool or system, you need to make some decisions. When are you available for design meetings or current client meetings? Scheduling links are very versatile and you might end up with different links for various types of meetings. However, you don't need to start with a complex setup.
